How much does an automation project cost?
Most of my projects range from €3,000 to €8,000 over 2 to 3 months. I bill a fixed price on a scope costed and approved before we start, with a 30% to 50% deposit at kick-off and the balance on delivery. You get the written estimate after the discovery call, with no strings attached.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on the scope. An integration between two tools can take under an hour, or up to a week when there are many edge cases. A wider project (custom application, several processes) runs over several weeks. I deliver in iterations: you see something usable before the project ends.
Do I need an in-house technical team?
No. I handle the audit, design, development, deployment and training. All you need is one person who knows the process at hand and can sign off on each step.
Where should I start?
With the repetitive task that costs you the most time each week. During the 30-minute discovery call we scope it together, and you leave with 2 to 3 costed automation opportunities, whether you work with me or not.
